Reached out to more than 3300 families and 13200 people so far with essential ration and other relief material;

Delivered more than 10,000 masks in 20 locations throughout Kolkata and conducted awareness drives among the moving unskilled migrant labor force about the importance of wearing masks to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission;

Successfully delivered more than 2,500 sanitary napkins to women deprived of this basic human hygienic requirement;

Provided study kits (Notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, etc.) to more than 300 children in the Sunderbans;

In collaboration with the Malda District Administration, we strive to deliver pre-recorded learning modules to students of classes 11-12 of the West Bengal Board so as to bridge the gap in their education caused by Amphan and COVID-19.

Some of you may have been following the work we've been doing at the Stronger Kolkata Initiative in the last couple of months.
We would be very grateful if you could talk to your support staff such as your maids, drivers and security guards, people who have houses in the districts to find out if their villages need any help or relief, etc. Even if their own villages and houses are okay, they may know of people in their extended family and circle who aren't doing as okay as they are. If you could give us these contacts, we can reach out to them, find out the extent of aid they require and reach out to them accordingly. Please contact us if you get any contacts like this, or even any other information about districts and villages which require aid. We hope you will help us in our efforts to make a stronger Kolkata, one step at a time.
